Analysis of Revenue

An optional feature to collect revenue data for serviced accommodation and so provide results for REVPAR (revenue per available room) and ARR (average revenue per room)

Background

By collecting a figure for total revenue it is possilble to analyse and report on two additional results: -

• REVPAR = Total Revenue / Total Rooms Available
• ARR = Total Revenue / Total Rooms Occupied (Sold)

Configuration

To turn on the collection and analysis of revenue data, go to Settings, [settings] tab, choose the 'analysis' group and look for the 'revenue' option: -

Click the edit icon in the Action column, tick the checkbox and update.

Profiles

In Profiles you will now have an additional option to turn revenue data collection On/Off for each profile: -

If you need a number of profiles to be turned on/off in one go, e.g. to set this for all hotels, please contact support and this can be done on one go.

Data Forms

For profiles that have revenue collection turned on, an additional clomun will appear at the right of the weekly data form pages: -

Continue to run your analysi as normal. The additional results for REVPAR and ARR will included in your results reports:-
